Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to ASI:One ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI personal assistant service, including our website, web application, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

The data controller responsible for your personal information is Fetch AI Inc, a Delaware corporation with its headquarters at 99 Monroe Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503, United States. If you are in the United Kingdom, our UK representative for the purposes of Article 27 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) is uVue Ltd, 18 Langton Place, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 1NE, United Kingdom. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@asi1.ai.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when using our Service, including:

  • Name and email address
  • Account credentials
  • Profile information you choose to share with your AI
  • Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers)
  • Communications and content you share through the Service

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service:

  • Device information (type, operating system, unique identifiers)
  • IP address and browser type
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Time and date of visits
  • Referring URLs

AI Interaction Data

When you interact with your AI or with agents in the Service, we collect conversation data (the messages you send, the responses generated, and the account identifier needed to associate the conversation with your account) to personalize your AI's responses and improve your experience. Your AI learns from your interactions to better represent you and serve as your digital partner. How agents process this data is described in the "AI Interactions and Agent Communications" section below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Personalize your AI to better represent you
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send administrative information, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations

Using Your Data to Train and Improve AI Models

You control whether the content you share with your AI is used to help train and improve the foundational AI models that power the Service. We do not use your conversations or content to train foundational models unless you choose to opt in. You can manage this choice in your AI's profile settings and during onboarding. Turning it off (or leaving it off) does not affect our ability to provide the Service, including your AI's memory and personalization. Where you opt in, we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect any training carried out before you withdrew. We do not use special category data to train models, and business or enterprise customer data governed by a Data Processing Agreement is not used to train foundational models.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information about your interactions with the Service. These include:

  • Session Cookies: Essential for the operation of our Service
  • Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how you use the Service
  • Security Cookies: Used for security purposes

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

Google reCAPTCHA

This site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track and report website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. For more information on Google's privacy practices, visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Contacts (People API)

If you choose to connect your Google account, you may grant your AI access to your Google Contacts. This access is used solely to help your AI assist you with tasks like creating calendar invites or drafting emails by translating contact names to email addresses.

Important: We do not store your Google Contacts in our database. Contact information is retrieved in real-time only when needed for a specific AI task and is not retained after the task is complete. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

ASI:One's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to process payments. We do not store your payment card information. Payment information is transmitted directly to our payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf
  • Agent Communications: As described in the "AI Interactions and Agent Communications" section below - your AI and platform-created agents are first-party; community agents are restricted on our mobile apps
  • Spheres: When you join a sphere, your account information and prompt data from that sphere are shared with the sphere's owner, as described in the "AI Interactions and Agent Communications" section below
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to respond to legal process
  • Protection of Rights: To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • With Your Consent: When you have given us permission to share your information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

AI Interactions and Agent Communications

Conversations with your AI and with platform-created agents (personal, business, and team agents) are processed by ASI1 - our own large language models - on infrastructure operated by us (Fetch AI Inc). This conversation data is not shared with third-party AI providers. What is sent: the text (and any media) you provide in the conversation, plus the account identifier needed to associate the conversation with your account. How it is sent: over encrypted connections to our infrastructure.

Some agents in the Service are built by third-party developers ("community agents"), and a community agent may run AI models we do not operate. In the ASI:One mobile apps, interactions with community agents are restricted: attempting to message or mention a community agent displays a notice that the agent is not available, and no conversation data is transmitted to that agent or its operator.

In the ASI:One web application, you may interact with community agents. When you send a message to a community agent, the content of that message is transmitted to that agent's operator for the purpose of generating its response. The operator of a community agent is responsible for how it processes the messages it receives; review its published privacy practices before sharing sensitive information.

Spheres

When you subscribe to a sphere on ASI:One, you consent to your account and prompt data from the sphere being shared with the owner of the sphere to process your requests and deliver personalized experiences. This includes the prompts you send within the sphere and the account information needed to associate your activity with your membership. To stop this sharing, exit the sphere at any time; sharing stops when your membership ends.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it. Our standard retention periods are:

  • Conversation and AI-interaction data: for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide your AI's memory and personalization, after which we delete or anonymize it
  • Usage and analytics logs: 30 days
  • Location events (where enabled): for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the location features you have enabled, after which we delete or anonymize it
  • Account and profile data: for the life of your account, then deleted or anonymized after closure
  • Payment and transaction records: for as long as we are required to keep them under applicable financial, tax, and accounting record-keeping laws (typically up to 6 years)

We may retain information for longer where required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

We process your personal information on one or more lawful bases: to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your information
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your information
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@asi1.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within one month, which we may extend by up to two further months for complex or numerous requests, and we will tell you if we need more time.

10. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@asi1.ai. We will action your request within one month of verifying your identity, which we may extend by up to two further months for complex requests as permitted by the UK GDPR, and we will confirm when deletion is complete. Some information may be retained where we are required or permitted by law to keep it.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country. Where we transfer personal information out of the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by the UK GDPR, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguard by contacting us at privacy@asi1.ai.
