Projects

One folder for every chat and recurring task that belongs to one effort. Job hunt. Wedding. Side hustle. Each one in its own place - never scattered through 200 unrelated chats again.

A calm young person at a cozy desk with three floating project folders labeled Job Hunt, Wedding, and Side Hustle - each holding clusters of chat bubbles and a small checklist - bathed in warm afternoon light with soft mint-green highlights

What's a Project?

A project is a folder for one effort. Every chat about that effort lives inside it. Every recurring task tied to it lives inside it. When you open the project, you see the whole effort in one place.

Chats Live Here

Every conversation about this effort - from the first question to the latest update - in one folder. No more hunting through your full chat list to find the right thread.

Tasks Live Here Too

Recurring tasks tied to a chat in the project show up inside the project. The weekly check-in, the daily scan, the monthly review - all visible alongside the conversations they belong to.

One Place Per Effort

Big things in your life don't live in one chat. They are 8 chats and 3 tasks and a few half-finished threads. A project pulls all of that into a single folder you can open.

Open the project from the sidebar to see everything that belongs to it. Close it when you are done. Your other chats stay out of the way until you need them.

When Everything Goes in One Pile

You know the scroll.

Eight chats about your job hunt - and now you cannot find the one with the cover letter draft.

The wedding chat is buried under twelve dinner-plan chats from this week.

Your recurring task fires every Monday but lives somewhere completely different from the chat it belongs to.

You start a new chat for the side hustle because you cannot remember which old one had the right context.

With Projects, every effort gets its own folder. The pile becomes piles - small, named, and easy to find.

Three Ways a Chat Lands in a Project

Pick whichever feels natural in the moment.

Drag It In

Grab a chat from your sidebar and drop it onto a project. On mobile, long-press the chat to start the drag.

Compose Inside

Open the project page and type your first message right there. The new chat is created inside the project automatically.

Move from a Chat

Already deep inside a chat? Use its menu to assign it to a project without leaving the conversation.

Linked Tasks Come Along

Move the chat - the task follows.

When a recurring task posts its updates into a chat, that chat and that task are linked. Move the chat into a project and the task gets pulled in too. You do not have to re-attach anything.

Open the project later and you will see both - the conversation and the recurring task that keeps it fresh - side by side in the same folder.

Projects vs. Pinning

Two ways to keep important chats easy to find. They solve different problems.

Projects

Group many chats and tasks under one effort. Best when a single goal needs more than one conversation.

Many chats per effort
Linked tasks included
Dedicated project page

Pinning

Keep one specific chat at the top of your sidebar. Best when a single thread needs to be a click away.

One chat at a time
Always near the top
No grouping involved

Use both. Pin the chat you are working in right now. Drop the rest of the effort into the project so you can find it tomorrow.

The tasks that come along

Recurring tasks are the steady-cadence work that keeps a project moving - the weekly scan, the daily check-in, the monthly review. When a recurring task is linked to a chat in your project, it lives inside the project too.

One effort. One folder. Every chat and task that belongs to it. Your scrolling problem is about to get smaller.
